Questions
The things operators ask us most.
Do we have to change anything in our CCMS?
No. Floreo reads your exports and never writes back. Your educators and families won’t notice a thing.
Which systems does Floreo work with?
The import flow has export steps for OWNA, Xplor, Kidsoft and Kinderm8. Any other system works too, as long as it can export a CSV or Excel file: pick Other / not listed.
How often should we refresh our data?
Weekly if you can, and at least monthly. Floreo flags a centre once its data is more than 45 days old.
Does Floreo know our state’s ratios?
Yes, for centres in the ACT, NSW, Queensland, Tasmania, Victoria and WA. NT and SA are coming soon.
Will Floreo suggest putting a child in the wrong room?
No. Suggestions only use spots that fit the room’s age range and capacity. If you drag a child into a full room yourself, Floreo warns you.
Does Floreo change enrolments for us?
No. Floreo suggests, and you make the change in your CCMS.
What if our data is messy?
Start anyway. Floreo imports the rows it can read and tells you what it skipped and why.
Can a director see other centres?
At the moment, yes. Everyone in your Floreo organisation can see all of its centres.
Where is our data stored?
In Australian data centres. See Data security and privacy.
