Floreo imports every row it can and tells you what it skipped. A few skipped rows won’t stop you from planning.

Fixing importsStep-through
1/2Skipped rows are flagged before anything is imported.
| What you see | Why | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Rows skipped | A required field is missing: name, date of birth or, for enrolments, room. | Fix the record in your CCMS and refresh again. |
| Enrolment rows skipped for room | The room name in the file doesn't match a room in Floreo. | Rename the room in Floreo to match your CCMS. |
| Children marked as left who haven't left | The file only covered some rooms or some children. | Skip those changes, and export the whole centre next time. |
| Columns mapped wrongly after your CCMS changed its export | Floreo reused the mapping it saved last time. | In Refresh data, open the ⋯ menu, click Clear import mapping, and import again. |
| The same child appears twice | Spelling or date of birth differs between files. | In the ⋯ menu, click Reconcile duplicate children. |
To see past imports, open the ⋯ menu on Refresh data and click Previous enrolment uploads or Previous waitlist uploads.
